Emma Byrne



Emma has represented her country at every age group and is currently Ireland’s No 1 stopper with over 60 senior caps to her name.

Emma is in her ninth season with Arsenal and was voted Players' Player of the Year in 2003 and 2005.

Emma made some spectacular saves in the Uefa Cup Final to secure a victory against Umea and crown the Ladies as European champions last year.

Nice strike Emma (v Everton) - shame we're outta the Ladies league cup, but who says we (Arsenal) have no steel and fight!

I hope you thought of FIFA and blatter when you lashed out for good ol Irelands sake!
